Participation in the Nordic Gastronomy Celebration in Aarhus

InnoSweet participated in the Nordic Gastronomy Celebration in Aarhus in relation to the MICHELIN start revelation Nordic Countries, February 18th 2019.
Among others, Janice Wang did a master class at ARoS "At spise med alle sanser". Also, we were represented at the MICHELIN star revelation viewing event where we treated our guest at the stand with a "sensory tray" displaying the powers of our senses on perfection of food

InnoSweet participated in the conference "Partnerskaber for en bæredygtig fremtid -om FNs 17 verdensmål" at Aarhus University with a poster and talk on the overall ideas behind InnoSweet

 

Participation in Food Festival 2018

InnoSweet participated in Food Festival 2018 (www.foodfestival.dk) where we did several consumer studies on sweetness perception of beverages and the effect of food (such as color and aroma of the beverage) as well as non food variables (such as the information provided about the product)

 

Food Festival 2017, 1.-3. September 2017

IFOOD opening September 25th. 2017

Venue: Agro Buisness Park, Aarhus, Denmark

InnoSweet participated in the opening of the new iFOOD center at Aarhus University with a poster and talk on the overall ideas behind InnoSweet.

InnoSweet will host two annual internal meetings. The meetings aim to be an informative and important forum for discussion of issues and also present a chance to interact within the InnoSweet partner group. The meetings allow for presentations and opinion for the mandate of the InnoSweet partnership going forward in relation to research in sweetness perception
